Rebeca Cintrón-loáisiga

Rebeca Cintrón-Loáisiga is a Boricua, living in the diaspora. She is an anti-colonial educator, decolonial cultural facilitator, and community organizer, working within the cultural industry in the Philadelphia region. Her work includes providing educational programming, facilitating discussions, and hosting community gatherings, using a decolonial lens to amplify exploited and underrepresented communities. Rebeca is the founder of LIBERATED Library, a community book exchange, housing literature highlighting BIPoC authors and stories. Rebeca is an avid researcher, who holds a B.A, from Rutgers University, in Anthropology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies at NYU. She enjoys experimenting with cuisines on a plant-based diet, communing with her ancestors, and sharing time with her family.
