Co-Leader, BIPOC Affinity Group
Eboni is a creative, mother, southerner, and gardener who finds peace, clarity, and healing in the outdoors. She is on a journey to decolonize – reclaiming her relationship with nature one walk, swim, book, and conversation at a time. Throughout her career, Eboni has worked with individual investors on social, economic, and environmental causes, so that communities can continue to close the gap in education, housing, jobs, food, and access to the outdoors. During her time as a Senior Officer of Major Gifts at the Student Conservation Association (SCA), Eboni has served as JEDI Working Group Chair and has led teams focused on expanding diversity, strategically integrating JEDI, and inclusive storytelling. In addition to her role with PGM ONE, she is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a selectee of Children and Nature Network’s 2020 Leadership Summit, and a member of Green Equity Officers. Eboni obtained her Master’s degree in international law and economics, with distinction, from The Johns Hopkins University SAIS.
